What is Coaching?

Coaching is a powerful conversation between a coach and a client where the coach uses questioning, listening, intuition, observation and feedback. These tools, if used well, will better position the clients to uncover the most direct and efficient way to approach obstacles and achieve their goals. 

The IFC or International Coach Federation is the voice of more than 24,000 coaches in 116 countries across the globe. The IFC defines coaching as:
