PRIVATE COACHING

Clients interested in WEM private coaching are usually those looking to explore manifesting mind-body-spirit care, self-acceptance/self-worth and confidence in all areas of their lives through work that calls out their natural born talents and empowers them to be authentically themselves without apology or guilt.

One-on-One coaching is not about telling you what to do or making judgements on your actions. It is about holding space for you to get curious about who you are now versus who you want to be and supporting you as you define and move towards your personal life goals. Accountability and honesty with self are key. A good coach listens and facilitates open and honest conversations. They value client trust. Each client is encouraged to show up as exactly who they are without feeling judged or pressured to be anything other than themselves. You, as the client, should feel empowered, in charge and encouraged to embrace who you truly are and; feel totally supported as you rely on your own resourcefulness and creativity as a means for mapping out your road to success.

GROUP COACHING

WEM workshops are about building connections and fostering growth and trust among women. During these workshops, we discuss concepts such as unity (women trusting and supporting other women), integrity, self-care, self-love, self-discovery, defining success and perfectionism. We work off the basic concept that in order to be of service to others, we must first ensure that our own cups are full. Essentially, these workshops are about taking care of home. Until we learn to take care of and love ourselves, we cannot truly take care of and love others. 

Shine Theory, a phrase coined by Call Your Girlfriend podcast co-host and writer Ann Friedman touts what should be very basic concepts to grasp; other women are not our competition; there is no need to compete as there is room enough for all of us at the table and; when one woman shines, we all shine. Very powerful statements. WEM workshops are partially built around this concept and the work done during these sessions are designed as a call to action for each participant.

YOGA

It is important to work daily to strengthen our mind, body and spirit. There is a sweet spot for each and every human where, when we are properly caring for ourselves in these three areas, we are at our best. Physical self care is just as important as mental and emotional self care.

Yoga helps you shed stress from your body and feel more energized and positive, while clearing your mind of fears and insecurities. What's wonderful about yoga is that it requires us to remain present. It invites us to love and accept our bodies as they are in this moment. It gives us an opportunity to get grounded when we are imbalanced. It reminds us to breathe.
