  • A 45 minute Hatha Sequence designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance; reduce stress and increase focus. *Hatha focuses on alignment. Poses are held for longer periods of time (up to thirty seconds).

  • A 45 minute Yin Sequence designed to increase joint circulation and improve flexibility. *Yin focuses on deeper connective tissue health. Poses are held for up to three minutes.
